Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Comutato platform, including ARM (inbound sales AI) and ABAMA (outbound prospecting AI) products.

1. Service Terms
Comutato provides AI-powered sales automation services through two products: ARM for inbound lead management and ABAMA for outbound prospecting. Access is provided on a subscription basis as outlined in your service agreement. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for core services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Service includes CRM integration setup, AI agent configuration, and ongoing platform access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Comutato only for legitimate business communication. Prohibited activities include: sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, misrepresenting AI-generated messages as human-written when legally required to disclose, using the platform to harass or deceive, and attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outbound features complies with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Intellectual Property
Comutato retains all rights to the platform, AI models, algorithms, and software. Your data remains your property — we claim no ownership of your CRM data, contact lists, or business information. Outreach sequences and research dossiers generated by ABAMA are licensed to you for your business use. AI model improvements derived from aggregated, anonymized usage data belong to Comutato.
4. Limitation of Liability
Comutato provides AI-generated recommendations and automated actions with confidence scoring. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. We recommend monitoring AI actions during the initial training period. Comutato is not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations, CRM data synchronization errors caused by third-party API limitations, or message delivery failures on third-party channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may terminate your subscription by contacting support@comutato.com.
