‍AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, comutato grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and modify the outputs generated by our AI agents for your own commercial or personal purposes.

‍Roles: We act as a Data Processor regarding the data processed via AI agents, and a Data Controller regarding your account information.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS". comutato shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the AI agents.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Company's registration.
